Please note - the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus does not handle complaints. Please follow one of the two links below to locate a local Canadian BBB. When you have found the appropriate Better Business Bureau serving the area, please contact that Bureau directly with your complaint. In addition to accepting complaints by fax and regular mail, many Canadian Bureaus also accept complaints via their websites.




Complaints about National Members of the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus

If you have a complaint about a company that is a National Member of the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus, please:

(1) Contact the local BBB that serves your area (or the area where the local branch of the office is located)
